Warranty Period

Your Coloré accessories are covered by a 12-month warranty — crafted to stay beautiful, designed to last.

What Our Warranty Covers

We’ve got you covered for:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Workmanship issues

This applies to original Coloré products purchased directly from us or from authorised retailers.

What’s Not Covered

Because life happens (and some things are out of our control), the warranty doesn’t include:

  • Drops, falls, or accidental impact
  • Incorrect installation or improper use
  • Third-party repairs or modifications
  • Exposure to heat, liquids, chemicals, or extreme environments
  • Cosmetic wear from everyday use (scratches, scuffs, colour fading)
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
  • Damage from pets, storage issues, or environmental conditions

Items previously replaced or refunded aren’t eligible for a second replacement.
 Promotional items, PR gifts, and complimentary support replacements aren’t covered.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim

To help us review quickly, please share:

  • Your order number or purchaser details
  • 1 clear photo or video of the issue
  • A short description of what happened

Our team reviews all claims within 48 hours.

If approved:

  • We’ll replace your item with the same model and style.
  • If the exact product isn’t available, we’ll offer the closest match or an alternative solution.

Refunds aren’t available for warranty claims.

For gifts, we’ll need the original order information to validate the claim.

Promotional items, PR gifts, and complimentary customer-support replacements are not covered.

Universal Care (All Products)

  • Avoid moisture, oils, lotions.
  • Clean using a soft cloth (dry or slightly damp).
  • Let items air dry naturally.
  • Ensure hands are dry after using alcohol-based sanitizer.
  • Keep away from keys, coins, and sharp objects.
  • Don’t expose to direct sunlight or high temperatures.

These gentle habits help preserve your accessory’s design, colour, and durability.

Specific Care by Product

  1. Tough Phone Cases - Lift one bottom corner first when removing.
  2. MacBook Hard Cases - Remove occasionally to clear dust or debris between your device and the case.
  3. Phone Rings - Avoid twisting, pulling, or pushing the ring beyond its natural movement.
  4. Screen Protectors - Use only a microfiber cloth — no alcohol or chemical cleaners.
