Coloré Creative Lab operates this website and store to provide you with a curated shopping experience offering original designs and accessories.

2. Products and Services Offered

Coloré Creative Lab designs and sells phone cases, device covers, and other accessories.
 All products are created and designed in Portugal and produced on demand in certified production facilities within the European Union.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on our website are shown in euros (€) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable under Portuguese law.
 Shipping costs and any additional charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

For deliveries outside the European Union, local taxes or customs duties may apply. These are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is required at the time of purchase, unless stated otherwise.
 Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout and include credit card, debit card, PayPal, and Multibanco (Portugal).

For Multibanco payments, the order must be completed within 5 days after checkout. Orders not paid within this timeframe may be automatically cancelled.

All transactions are securely processed through Shopify Payments or other authorized payment processors.

5. Delivery Terms

Production

  • Designs are created in Portugal and produced on demand in Europe.
  • Once payment is confirmed, your order enters production (average time: 1–2 business days).

Shipping times

  • Economy (Global Mail / DPD): 3–10 business days
  • Total estimated delivery time = production + shipping

Estimated total delivery times:

  • Europe: 4–10 business days
  • North America: 7–15 business days
  • South America, Asia, Oceania: 10–20 business days

Please note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, weather, or local postal conditions.
 Once shipped, you will receive tracking details by email.

 

6. Withdrawal, Returns, and Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Decreto-Lei n.º 24/2014 (Portugal), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — without giving any reason.

How to request a return:

  1. Contact us at team@colorecreativelab.com within 14 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the product.
  3. Return the product in its original condition and packaging, unused.

Once the item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Important notes:

  1. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  2. We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items unless defective.

7. Warranty

Coloré Creative Lab offers warranty coverage on selected products, as detailed on our dedicated Warranty Page.
Warranty periods vary by product category and apply exclusively to manufacturing defects and workmanship issues.

General warranty terms:

  • Warranty applies only to original, non-refunded products purchased directly from us or from authorized retailers.
  • Items previously replaced under warranty are not eligible for additional replacements.
  • Claims must be submitted with clear photo or video evidence of the defect, together with the order number or purchaser details.
  • If a claim is approved, the product will be replaced with the same model and style, or an equivalent alternative if unavailable.
  • Warranty claims do not entitle customers to refunds.
  • Promotional items, complimentary items, or products provided for reviews or collaborations are not covered by warranty.

The warranty only covers defects resulting from normal use and manufacturing issues.
It does not cover damage caused by:

  • improper installation or handling;
  • drops, falls, or impact damage;
  • intentional modifications or third-party repairs;
  • exposure to heat, liquids, chemicals, or extreme environments;
  • scratches, abrasions, or color changes resulting from normal wear;
  • products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

8. Liability Limits

Coloré Creative Lab shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the website, products, or services.

We are not responsible for:

  • Minor differences between digital images and physical products (color variations, print alignment, etc.);
  • Delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or other external factors;
  • Losses due to misuse, modification, or improper handling of the products.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact us first at team@colorecreativelab.com — we will do our best to resolve the issue amicably.

Under Portuguese law, consumers may also resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
 You may refer disputes to the Centro de Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo of your region.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Portuguese law.
 Any disputes arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts, without prejudice to the rights granted to consumers under mandatory local laws.

By using this website and placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy and other store policies (Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Cookie Preferences).
